Imagine being scared of a ban for a accessing content that is in the game
imagine not wanting to be banned from that game
>Tunnel with supports
>Industrial tunneling equiptment
That's not how new areas are created!
Also, doesn't FO76 still use a modification of the BA2 archive? Couldn't you tweak existing FO4 tools to open and explore unreleased areas in the GECK? Hell, couldn't you also edit them if you wanted - in principal - even if you couldn't actually implement those changes with no way to load plugins yet?
No, because they have no family or friends so the corporation is the closest entity to a companion they ever had.
Why didn't anyone just rip the entire map and paste it into toddout 4?
Not like I particularly give a fuck though, both are trash but at least one isn't always online broken shitheap "M"MO
Imagine being banned because the game itself glitched you out
This clown world reaches new heights every day
If they realized that they wouldn't be playing these abortions of games
Imagine even playing that game.
That in-game picture looks like it could be from oblivion or fallout 3 lmao
>buy game for 70 american dollaros

I wanted to be clever and say "suicide", but then I realized they lack ability of introspection required for an hero.
IIRC didn't WoW do this to players who explored the unused levels like the The Karazhan Crypt before Blizzard made it accessible though a quest?
Yeah, now I remember, they used to issue 72 hour bans for entering it.
supposedly bethesda has made coordinates that are not allowed, so if you reach them, you'll get instantly banned, thing is, on gamebryo it's often not up to you where you end up.
Why did they even bother to put the contents of the coordinates in the retail version of the game?
I have never once seen anyone banned trying to access that place. It wouldn't surprise me if some assblasted GM with a grudge used it as an excuse but banning everyone who went there would strike down like a tenth of their playerbase.

Nice try, but death penalty was banned in diversity act.
It's off to the tolerance camp with you.
Heh heh heh, mmheh, heh he Nigger
Yeah, that was cool.
Not that far off since Liam Neeson got in trouble for thinking of hunting a nigger because a friend was raped by one. People are mad that he would take action against a person who is black than it being about going death wish with a rapist. Liam Neeson is in trouble for a literal thought crime and of course mainstream news outlets misconstruing what he actually said.
You’re under arrest buster! I’m writing you up for being TOXIC! Fine; 6 gorrilion years in the gulag!
I was thinking the same thing.
That's small time, watch this:

>Finally ready to be initiated into their circle
>A large sized male presenting melanin challenged person of unknown gender holding a hug pillow orders me to call him the worst insult I can think of to prove I'm not a cop
>Confidently I call him the worst thing I can think of
>You're a white male
>They laugh at me and call me a faggot, whatever that means
>Was the training I got at the academy wrong?

Why did they think an officer with his fists up was a good idea. Like it just seems off. They generally known for having tools to not having to use their fists at least in the US . I mean he even has a baton in the photo.
You have a point gringo! I have 56% white blood in me. Thus I am a member of the white race, I will end myself in the name of diversity! ==BANG==
And why is he suing an american cop when one from the UK makes more sense?

people were banned for getting glitched under the map in battlefield 3 and 4 and then killing people from under there.

Yes, that's all exactly right. It's just another game on the Morrowind engine, after all.
Note that making Fallout 76 stop refusing to load plugins probably wouldn't be much more difficult, either, for the same reasons. Every Morrowind engine game from Fallout 3 onwards first launched with some measures in place to try to stop modding that were all bypassed more or less immediately after launch, and I'm 100% certain that it's only because of the community's total disinterest in Fallout 76 that the game wasn't cracked wide open within days of its release.
Imagine paying for games.
>One of the most successful franchises ever because of modding.
>Try to block modding in all of them
Why did they bother to put in programming from Morrowind in the retail version of the game?
Sorry, did I say modding? I meant "hacking."
>no way to load plugins yet
You can rename an esp file to one of the fallout 4 dlc files (e.g DLCCoast.esm for far harbour) and the game will automatically load it. However if you try to join a world, the server will throw you a "ESP/ESM mismatch" error and disconnect you. I last tried this a couple of months ago so it might've gotten patched by now.
This site is being discussed in Congress right now, The great JIDF will hunt down ALL OF YOU DOWN TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH U GOYS-I mean guys!

>buys game on sale month after release
>doesn't follow any sort of gaming journalism, only thing he hypes about is fucking Stacy and partying
>enjoys survival elements, he is always ready to challenge himself
plebbit incel freaks
>no one wants to play with him, bitches on 8ch the autistic friend simulator about a game he barely played (or not at all in a good deal of cases)
>gets butthurt because virtual humans aren't infodumping him with their life stories
>plays up to six hours a day and cries when the game starts to feel like a chore
>preorders the power armor edition, booty blasted when the bag is a different material (what kind of virgin freak would wear it outside anyway)
>follows the games progress months on before release, upset when his autistic headcanon or outlandish expectations were never implemented
>duplicates weapons thinking he's a bad boy rule braker like Chad but throws a pissy fit when he's banned for breaching the terms and conditions
To actually answer your question, though, note the following two facts:
>Skyrim had had anti-modding measures in it until the announcement of The Steam Workshop (which, as an aside, totally not was envisioned from day one expressly for paid mods)
>Fallout 4 had had anti-modding measures in it until the announcement of the Bethesda.net "modding platform" that The Creation Club worked off of
The company isn't interested in mods unless they can monetize them. It shows in that the engine's modding support hasn't even received basic bug fixes in the sixteen years since Morrowind, it shows in the company's blatant plagiarism of mods like Autumn Leaves for DLC, it shows in company statements like the one in my last post, and it especially shows in these weird, funny coincidences about when their game's anti-modding measures get disabled.
> However if you try to join a world, the server will throw you a "ESP/ESM mismatch" error and disconnect you.
ESP/ESM mismatch… not some generic error or fail to load or something like that? Huh. It's an obvious speculation to make, but a lot of people still for some reason think that someday Bethesda will let you mod the game and play with friends on your own servers or "mod dedicated" servers. To me, it seems like that they had planned on a walled garden of Atom Shop exploitation until the player-base dropped off, at which point they'd extend the CreationClub over to FO4 and let you play with mods on your own server if you pay a monthly subscription fee for it's rental. They still wouldn't let you mod the game the way you want to, but you'll have to download everything through a curated CreationClub and create a mod loadout upon creation of the server. Anyone wanting to join your server will then automatically download all the mods you have activated and auto-sort them to the same order.
That ESM/ESP mismatch sounds exactly like the kind of error you'd get if the game was automatically checking your loadorder and integrity of your loaded plugins for compatibility - and the check failed (because the full system isn't enabled yet).
Bethesda probably hoped they could get a good 12~18 months out of the base game before having to turn on paid private servers and mods to help boost revenue and maintain player retention. They barely got 12~18 days before it ran out of gas.
tell congress they can suck my nuts epic style
shut the fuck up you…. you….double nigger!
I want Bethesda to lose 99% of their idiot fans, and still have the audacity to treat the remaining 1% like prisoners and peasants. Never trust a game company.
There are 10 unique dubs. 00, 11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 77, 88, 99.
Any number that is even or ends with a 5 is not prime leaving us with 11, 33, 77, 99.
Very quickly it is obvious that 3 is a factor of 33 and 99 leaving us with 11, 77.
77 is clearly out because it is a multiple of 11.
The only prime dub is 11. You listed
None of these are prime. nigger
This, They need to be treated as less than Dirt.
So how's the job market for mathematics majors?
It's because bethesda banned those gamers a while back for accidentally entering a dev room bethesda had for trying out upcoming microtransactions, then held their accounts ransom unless the gamers explained how they got into the room.

I'm really glad this piece of shit basically failed before it even released.
How the fuck is it "hacking" the game? This is just trying to use scary words to put people off, like they have successfully done by confusing copyright infringement with piracy.
THIS IS GULAG BLYAT
>Todd say "Bring todd hackers"
>See normal hacking
>Tell him he needs to come with me to see todd or die
>He tells me he is not hacking
Clearly not enough autism judging by Apex Legends player numbers.
Realistic, the disbelief and confusion of the brainwashed bubble faggot is spot on.
It is hacking though, you just think hacking is bad. Unless there is modding support, all mods are done via hacking. Even with modding support some mods are only capable via hacking.
>>its too hard to make a dev build so they keep debugging ingame
its sad really
I don't "think hacking is bad", normalfags think it's criminal because they watch too many movies. That's why the faggot on twitter used the word in order to cast a negative light on it.

No, they are not. Not even here. You can go to any DMC5 thread and read about how their best buddy Capcom is adding microtransactions into a single player game with only the best intentions in mind.
What was the title?
I've seen at least one Doom mod do this but it's far from the norm, and also in that case it was basically a tip jar.
In terms of who deserves the blame there isn't. The developers shouldn't be releasing such broken shit.

No, people were ever only banned for getting to GM island, which you needed to modify your client to do so.
People were never banned for exploring Hyjal, the crypts or other places. It did cause WoW to implement a thing in Hyjal in TBC where you'd be TPed back out of the area with a debuff on you called "no man's land". Which is odd because the zone continued to go unused till cata
People also got banned for going to that troll village in the mountains
>he doesn't know how to use the 3 seashells
You know, it was a long time ago (probably on cuckchan) but there was a shitposting thread where anons came up with the most insane vidya industry practices imaginable. My idea was an anti-cheat measure where you would get banned super easily and to lift the ban you'd have to write the admins/moderators an essay convincing them and explaining why you should be unbanned. I guess Bethesda was listening and took the ideas to heart.
Although in my version you needed to write them by hand and send them via mail, but I guess that is saved for their next game .
>can only write in cursive

No they don't you literal actual retard
I'm sorry you're retarded, anon.
Can we sue them for selling a faulty product?
Do they have any ToS clause saying that if you use a glitch in the game to a benefit they can ban you without a refund? What about a glitch you don't cause, but the game does on it's own?
Are there even legal loopholes of this whole game, since I don't recall it being a subscription service. So they bought the game as it was, can they legally change or revoke access to the product?
You will see them in court sooner or later but not until something happens that cripples them on a more public or general level. If that whole lootbox shit starts getting banned you might see some federal lawsuits in with the civil ones but until then don't count on it.
Their TOS protects them from class action lawsuits but a certain law firm is gonna file individual lawsuits against Bethesda
That's not how you design a dev only room.
You don't add anything that makes it interesting for players to enter or try to enter on any grounds other than "Only devs can go in here so I'm going to explore it too!"
Also fallout76 has honestly been the biggest fuckup in vidya I have ever seen. And that's saying something because I have seen a lot of fuckups. Everything about this "game" has been one massive failure with each little shitstorm that results from it has been caused by fuckup after fuckup.
I'm definitely not a law savvy guy, but don't the TOS just exempt them from things explicitly mentioned?
Because I'm thinking do enough digging and oratory gymnastics, then there's going to be something that can be abused.
I think the "dev room" shit is just an excuse seeing as how the entrance is there in the game, you just can't get in. It's an unfinished location probably for some DLC but they don't want to say that's why they're banning people for getting there so they made something up.
Yea it makes no sense for why a dev room would just be locked behind a clearly insecure door instead of having be a teleport to someplace physically inaccessible.
It's like in older single player games (ps1 ps2 era) where certain areas were physically blocked off by a door or a wall that wouldn't open unless you got to a certain point.
Also wow Fallout76 looks so ugly as a game
https://please use archive.is/gaming/2019/02/after-glitch-grants-access-bethesda-says-locked-fallout-76-vault-will-open/ also apparently it *is* undeveloped areas and not a "dev area"
This is extremely sloppy work ethic no matter how you slice it. You aren't supposed to release unfinished shit in your software and just expect your users not to use it. If something is accessible, legitimately or not, users will find it, they are infinitely more thorough than any QA department. Even worse is punishing your users, all because you were too fucking lazy to make a separate release branch of your project in version control that doesn't have a load of unfinished work in it.
I don't disagree but I think trying to understand the reasoning of a team so unprecedentedly retarded has some merit.
They are inexperienced and pressured by management on top of that. I've seen it happen enough in other industries that also hire software developers.
>We aren't paying you to refactor code, we're paying you to write features
>No time to set up a branching or version control standard, just get it done
>I know we told you to make this dungeon/level, but we're not going to be releasing it with the base game. Just keep the content in there, we don't have time to split off a branch. It'll be fine.
Nobody but inexperienced devs want to work in this industry, and inexperienced people will do whatever you tell them even if they know better because they want to keep their jobs and get experience.
I'm more talking about the bans than the location itself.
First world slavery.
Not really. You always have the option of leaving, getting a 20-30k pay boost and working stable hours in anything not related to games. Yeah it sucks, but anyone who goes for it is either incredibly naive or incredibly naive AND dedicated – I'd expect anyone truly dedicated and knowledgeable to go indie.
> You always have the option of leaving
That's a stupid reasoning to have to say it's not slavery. They could leave, sure. With no money and going broke with what little they have very shortly. It's not standard to get any serious compensation when you quit in the vidya industry when you're a code monkey. it's slavery in all but name.
It's not like game developers are illiterate savages fresh off a boat with zero alternatives. right?
Coding is just full of shitskins and women these days so it might as well be slavery 2.0, it's the most cucked STEM profession because of all the television and movies glamorizing it coupled with the low entry difficulty.
>totally oblivious anon spouts shit from his ass
Here's a tip, don't work for cucked companies and you won't get cucked. Or just go freelance, but that's a lot of effort. I'd argue that coding is the least cucked profession, by definition, because anyone who is talented has more options than they can choose for employment rather than being forced to work for an awful company.
Anon, I don't know where you have been for the past 30-odd years, but every single industry needs software and most of the knowledge transfers between industries. I have only been employed for 4 years and I have worked in dating websites, banking, and insurance.
Here's a tip for you as well, you can't put your head in the sand and pretend that everything's alright just because you're doing okay.
>Coding is just full of shitskins and women these days
>low entry difficulty
Look outside the webshit market, you retard.
>oy vey goyim you're not enslaved because you can leave
>oy vey goyim just go to another company that is exactly the same
What level of Stockholm syndrome is this?
The ultimate goal of life is reproduction. If my child succeeds and the rest of society goes to shit, who cares?
ToS and EULA are flimsy as fuck in court against a halway decent lawyer
purportedly you were also banned for accessing the area underneath stormwind, but I remember going down in that area frequently
> who cares?
Nobody, after its reduced to of ashes.
>head in the sand
Nice memes you cunt. Your mistake was thinking I would take you seriously when I actually work in the field. Jokes on you, I've given up on most of America anyway. As if there's anything I can do short of a resistance movement showing up, and I simply don't have the natural talent to lead that sort of thing. Best thing to do is to do well for yourself and your family like >>16109252 says.
You really think every company across every state in the US is the exact same? Alrighty then.

What with his freak mug its still kind of hard to contextualise Jackso as the biggest dindu of all time but there it is.
Maybe he's a bent cop out looking to shake down juvies for their creds.
What a bunch of faggot backstabbers, the state of everyone playing that shit.
an interbutts lawyer is always good for the soul
just highlights how retarded the system is
>there are people that unironically make arguments this dumb
ToS and EULA usually come with an arbitration clause saying that you recind your right to sue and instead disputes are settled through binding arbitration.
>The ultimate goal of life is reproduction.
>If my child succeeds and the rest of society goes to shit, who cares?
You're a subhuman pile of shit who fundamentally doesn't understand life itself.
>oy vey I can't reply or refute the point

What level of Stockholm syndrome is this? Why do you want to be a slave to jews, you fucking faggot?
>being such a pathetic creature that you gave Bethshit money for their digital pile of shit, and are now begging to eat more of the shit
Any suffering that befalls this guy is fully deserved.
Your child still has to live IN the society, you stupid jewnigger.
Isn't the validity of EULA's questionable, though?
It's quite amazing that people keep throwing money at Bethesda despite them make the same mistakes every time they release a game.
Probably the biggest of their fuckups with 76 is that they thought they could ship one of their games without mod support, so now there's nobody around to fix their shit game.
The fact they do this proves that it's all a scam. Anyone who tries to remove your right to the courts is up to no good.
Steam, Discord, Blizzard, and most online platforms have this clause since everyone clicks through ToS/EULA without reading.
I guess that makes it completely legal then.
More like this did.
There is also an opt-out, but again people don't read these things.
People did get temp banned sometimes, but I didnt get banned once even after doing shit like replacing the cooking skill campfire with the dark portal model to climb random shit and replacing the zeppelin travel routes to bring me to GM island. Some people did get perm banned doing something similar to skip ahead in a raid though.
Imagine letting a company steal from you like some bizarre reverse-piracy. How had the level of idiocy that accepts this become the norm?
No, it's only another way to write 0 and 0 is neither prime nor composite.
It wasn't so much the knowledge as the fact that he was autistic enough to point it out.
t. took classes with several math and physics majors
>begging to retain access to a product you paid for
I have little hope for the future if this is the modern consumer.
Autism makes threads better. You, on the other hand, do not.
You say that like people getting banned for clipping into unused parts of an MMO map isn't an extremely common occurance, in fact the only one I can think of that isn't like that is fucking City of Heroes where they ended up sticking new content into places people clipped out of.
Bethesda has trained their fanbase to a golden standard of eating shit, with devotion comparable with really well paid shills, but they do it for free.
Debating canonicity of events or if they fit with the previously established lore literally always ends with "Bethesda owns the IP they can do whatever they want". Someone wrote a thesis about it too.
Interesting but I don't think that paper really paints Bethesda fans in a bad light, he is a fanboy writing about fanboyism and his conclusion applies to all media producers that receive feedback.
If he wanted to highlight how vidya is different in this regard he should have focused on patches as they are often pushed out rapidly early in a games life cycle in response to major fan complaints.
>known more than anything for bugs
>develop games for shitty old engine
>decide to make an mmo by grafting netcode onto it
>have stuff meant to be secret/separate and inaccessible to players
>don't keep it out of the game, just put it in there
>surprised when players can access it
>ban them from the game they bought for your incompetence
This kind of shit is why guillotines were invented.
eulas aren't legally binding, especially the ones you don't see until after a purchase
>>develop games for shitty old engine
Imagine if they tried their hand at finally making a new engine. That's a clusterfuck I'd like to see.
Here is hoping the next TES and FO are build on a completely new engine, the clusterfuck would be amazing.
With the incompetence they have shown with Fallout 76, i think that a new engine would be a complete useless, inefficient, bloated and complex ruin.
They've already confirmed TES 6 and Starfield will be on gamebryo. FO5 is their earliest opportunity.
>Todd tells the truth for once
>it only pissed everyone off
>games are worthless before they are even revealed
My favorite thing that cocksuckers who still defend Bethesda say is "but Morrowind was made with it so it's still good!" It's like saying your 1969 Corvette still runs fine even though it's been totaled at least 4 times and several parts under the hood need to be jury rigged every 2 weeks.
Why dont they just put strong enemies around it instead of banning people? Bethesda just gets worse and worse.
They could just add a billion rads around the area that kills you instantly like they did to the entrance to that vault in Fallout 3, but that requires doing work.
Anon didnt say anything about cia?
You probably could make a nifty game with it if you tried but at this point why bother? There's nothing it can be made to do that pretty much every other engine can do now out of the box.
The clause is binding.
>Prima Paint established in federal jurisprudence what became known as the "separability" or "severability" principle in contracts with arbitration clauses, under which a legal fiction is created that the clause itself constitutes a contract separate from the underlying, or "container", contract. This is similar to the principle of compétence compétence in international arbitration, under which the arbitrator or arbitrators are presumed competent to decide the limits of their own jurisdiction.
You probably could. There are several games that have come out in the past 5-10 years that use a heavily modified Gamebryo, but that's just it, it's been heavily modified. Bethesda tries to build their code around it like fucking niggers so it ends up an unoptimized piece of shit. This is how it should go-
<master programmer tier
>building your own engine to fit your own code
<experienced veteran tier
>heavily modify an existing engine to the point that it is almost unrecognizable from the original
>optimizing the engine to fit the code you've created for it for a relatively smooth experience
>tacking your shitty spaghetti pajeet code onto the engine and then praying it doesn't destroy your computer
> your shitty spaghetti pajeet code
Let's be honest they probably copy it from somewhere else. Bethesda "innovations" are the video game equivalent of ASCII images that didn't paste well.
Luckily, since you can't sign your rights away that is irrelevant.
I highly doubt that you'll accomplish any, not to mention all of the following
>get a wife to birth you a healthy child
>doesn't get fucked up fetal development due to hormonal imbalance
>wife she doesn't get coaxed or outright fed alcohol to cripple your kid in utero
>elude most of vaccines that are getting pushed beyond bare necessities on birth
>kid won't get mutilated by a butcher
>it won't get kidnapped, groomed or molested by pedophiles in preschool/daycare
>You won't get BATFE'd for triyng to homeschool him
>He won't get brainwashed, groomed or molested by pedophiles in primary school
>You won't get BATFE'd for triyng to homeschool him
>He won't be brianwashed into becoming a sodomite or plain ol' degenerate through media and peer pressure.
You forgot being outright drugged if all the poz didn't get through.
Oh yeah, forgot about the tap water having birth control and fluoride in it, the plastics in food containers and wrappers leeching xenoestrogens.
And if all else fails, CPS will step in for h*wite terror and take your kids away to a diverse gay nigger commune that's HIV positive.
>Luckily, since you can't sign your rights away that is irrelevant.
>An arbitration is a proceeding before a neutral arbitrator, instead of before a judge or jury. Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit in court, and provides more limited discovery. It follows different rules than court proceedings, and is subject to very limited review by courts. The arbitrator will issue a written decision and provide a statement of reasons if requested by either party. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU AND VALVE ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND TO HAVE A TRIAL BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY.
>YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU AND VALVE ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND TO HAVE A TRIAL BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY.
>the clause itself constitutes a contract separate from the underlying, or "container", contract.

You think that's a lot? Watch this:
Also, don't forget that they spray every continent except Antarctica (their own private dwellings, hidden by the facade of lifeless ice and snow) with toxic nerve gasses.
Is this just porting the models over and adding the warps afterwards? Or is this a direct port of the maps in their entirety?
>Imagine being scared of a ban for a accessing content that is in the game
I don't have to imagine
It's a direct port. You can tell because some of the activation objects and triggers specifically made for Fallout 3 show up as errors in Morrowind.
